I moved to the area this past summer and was looking for a new hair stylist. I called around to a few places but couldn't get in with a senior stylist before Christmas.

I spoke to a very pleasant receptionist at Salon Montage who assured me that although "Sheri" was not a senior stylist she was 100% confident in her abilities. So, I booked with her.

It was a very nice experience, loved the Aveda products and the massage was very nice, but when it came to my haircut I was totally disappointed. I showed Sheri a picture (I've had a similar cut before) and requested lots of long layers.
What I was given was not even close, nor did she even TRY to style my hair like the picture, she just did her own thing and it was horrible.
I complained the next day, and at the Salon owners request I came back to Sheri.
She texturized the heck out of my hair (I have alot of hair) and it was better when I left but still not what I wanted.
Now I just about Cry every time I do my hair, I feel like I have a bad Mullet! No lie!
I've emailed the salon complete with a picture and haven't gotten a response.
Never Again!!!!
